    1. All future tenants will need to fill out an application (in our office or online)
    2. With each application there is a $100 application fee
            Once approved, you/your group will have 5 business day to
            complete the leasing process:
    1. Sign lease
    2. Cosigner sign
    3. Pay the remainder of the deposit (deposit is equal to 1 month's rent)
