First, set up an appointment to view the unit with our office at (513)723-0600.
We highly recommend that you tour the unit with your roommates (if applicable) before applying.
If you are interested in the unit, please fill out an application. If you have roommates make sure they fill out an application too. Once all applications have been filled out, you can submit them to our email or bring it into our office (or dropbox).
Once you are approved, you/you + roommates will have 5 business days to complete the leasing process.
1. Sign the lease.
2. Pay the remainder of the deposit (deposit is equal to one month's rent).
